Addison Starts Cheerleading!

We are so proud of our little cheerleader! She did great at her first practice, and seemed to really enjoy it. There are only 5 girls on her squad, and they all look really sweet. They learned 2 cheers, and a dance. Also, they learned how to do their first "stunt", it's a thigh stand, and our little pixie will be at the "top" :) She is very excited! (as you can see from the video!)

3 Weeks Old

Hi everyone! Just wanted to update with some pictures of our little man! He continues to be such a joy! His favorite things are: eating, listening to Addison read or sing, and snuggling with Daddy after dinner (usually watching the braves!). He has been sleeping wonderfully for the past couple of nights, and has been so alert in the mornings, just taking in everything around him.

Here is a picture of Asher with his new cousin Wyatt, born 15 days after him! They are bound to be best friends!


This one we just thought was so sweet! We still stare at him and can't believe how blessed we are. He is such an angel!

We're BACK :)

After a looong hiatus, we're back.. and we have a BABY!

Asher John Hezlep was born on July 2nd at 9:02am. He shares a birthday with his big sister!

I went into labor around 2:30 in the morning, woke Adam up at 4, and we got to the hospital around 6... things went very quickly and smoothly. I went without "the drugs" this time, and while it was very difficult, it was worth it to me in the long run. I felt GREAT after he was born, and really enjoyed those first moments after his birth. He is very healthy and just perfect! We are so glad he is part of our family!

Addison celebrated her 6th birthday in the hospital with a "Luau" theme... my how time flies! I can't believe we have a 6 year old! She is going to be a great big sister!
